Saarstahl Group at InnoTrans 2024 – setting the course for a CO2-neutral future

InnoTrans, which takes place every two years in Berlin, is the leading international trade fair for transport technology and an important meeting place for the rail industry. This year, Saarstahl Group was represented at the trade fair by both Saarstahl and its subsidiary, Saarstahl Rail. Employees from three of our international sales companies also attended to welcome customers from around the world and engage in discussions with them.

With the presence of our quality management experts, we were not only able to hold commercial discussions with our customers, but also foster an intensive professional exchange at a technical level. A central topic of many discussions was the CO₂-reduced rails that Saarstahl Rail is the only manufacturer in Europe to offer via the environmentally friendly EAF route (electric arc furnace).

A special highlight of the trade fair was the first public presentation of Saarstahl Rail in the new corporate design of the multi-award-winning Pure Steel+ brand.
