Ethical standards in the SHS Group
The aim of compliance management is to ensure that company executives, managers and employees act in accordance with the rules and in line with our values in order to meet the requirements of our business partners and stakeholders.
The SHS Group’s compliance strategy is developed and continuously improved on the basis of our corporate culture and values. Our values in our dealings with each other and with customers and other business partners are set out in writing in our Code of Ethics as well as in other publications. The executive management communicates and exemplifies the corporate guidelines and principles (tone from the top).
Various management processes and tools are used to continuously monitor compliance risks, derive appropriate measures, and take initiatives. Our compliance program includes training formats (in-person classes and e-learning) and a variety of publications to provide information and raise awareness, in addition to the compliance policies.
