Information in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) in the SHS Group
Reports of human rights violations as defined in the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) can also be submitted via the SHS Group CONFIDO whistleblower system. Human rights violations in the supply chain and within the business units of the SHS Group can be reported. The Compliance Committee acts here as a human rights office as defined in the LkSG.
