The SHS Group Whistleblower System
The CONFIDO whistleblower system of SHS enables employees and external third parties to report breaches of the law and serious violations of internal policies confidentially and with legal protection. Reporting topics include criminal or improper behavior, bribery, corruption and conflicts of interest, anti-competitive and anti-trust arrangements, money laundering, environmental offences, information security breaches and the disclosure of business and trade secrets.
It is also possible to report human rights violations as defined in the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
