Acquisition of FNsteel by Saarstahl:
Antitrust authorities give the green light

Saarstahl Aktiengesellschaft has received all the necessary antitrust approvals for its acquisition of FNsteel B.V. The transaction has therefore officially been concluded. Stefan Rauber, Chairman of the Board of Management of Saarstahl: “We’re very excited about this decisive step. With completion of the transaction, we can now begin the sustainable integration of the Dutch long steel processor into the Saarstahl Group.”
